Specially designed workshops currently available include: The Coach's Coach: A 2-day workshop designed specifically for coaches, athletic directors and club sport directors to help facilitate a transformational pre-season parent meeting that will allow coaches to focus on what matters most: serving your student-athletes, building strong leaders and good humans, and actually coaching your team! Raising Winners: Building Resilient Athletes and Engaged Parents is a never been seen before training that helps coaches provide parents with the tools they need to become our greatest asset in helping us build resilient, accountable, confident athletes! The workshop also includes 1:1 coaching sessions with head coaches, three 90 minute group coaching sessions, and a 1:1 coaching session and debrief with the athletic director at the conclusion of the workshop. Team Captain Workshop: Coaches at all levels wear a variety of hats and have limited bandwidth as to where they are able to devote their time and energy. Selecting the right captains and preparing them for the incredibly important and difficult job they are about to face is vital to your team’s success.
